Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney allows a predetermined individual the legal power to oversee your financial and legal matters on your behalf. A power of attorney cannot be used for health care decisions. It can be used for a specific purpose such as signing important legal documents and can be set for a limited period of time. A Power of Attorney is especially important in the event when one is no longer able or unwilling to make decisions for themselves.
